I just finished reading this short, but info-packed (and free) eBook by Google on marketing called Winning the Zero Moment of Truth. I especially like the section on the value of user comments on products (even bad comments) since it proved all my instincts and hard-headed past insistences to the contrary were completely wrong (it happens to the best of us). Anyway, download it and read it if you have a free hour, it’s definitely worth it no matter what type of business you’re in. I can see computer programmers benefiting from it as much as musicians or anyone else.
